Product Description:
The inclined screw thickener is used for thickening and washing all kinds of pulp, especially waste paper pulp. It can be used together with screw pulp press washer to reach the consistency required by the disperser. With the advantages of simple structure, large production capacity, good dehydration effect and easy maintenance, our inclined screw thickener is increasingly used in the waste paper recycling and papermaking industries.
Application
The application for the inclined screw thickener consists of screw roll, brush, screen,frame, inlet and outlet device as well as the driving device, etc. Pulp enters the screen basket via a level-regulating box from the lower part of the thickener.
The white water drains out through the screen as a result of increased pressure and, level difference between the inside and outside of the screen. When the screw is rotating, the thickened stock is shredded by blades on the upper end of the screw and discharged out of the trough.
The white water is collected in the filter tank and flows out of the white water outlet.
