Broke Pulper is mainly used for pulping kinds of broke and waste paper. Impeller pulper is installed horizontally and heavy rejects sink to the bottom of the tank, which greatly reduce the abrasion of screen plate under the impeller and avoid plugging the holes by impurities. Therefore, continuous operation is available. Featuring strong pulping efficiency, broad applicable scope, simple structure and easy operation and maintenance, this machine is a relatively ideal pulping machine at present.

Advantage

Our broke pulper is mainly composed of ferroconcrete vat, horizontal impeller, and drive mechanism. The paper stock enters the vat through the upper inlet and then is ejected at a high speed, forming fierce turbulence and generating large internal friction force in the vat. Under the action of this intensified force, the paper stock is defiberized.

Application

Use for breaking broke on reel section of paper machine in pulp and paper industry
D-type hydrapulper is mainly used to break all kinds of pulp board,damaged paper and all kinds of waste paper.It is more suitable for pulping OCC,commercial waste paper continually or in batch. It can discharge the heavy impurities from a separately setting box so as to protect equipment from damage by heavy partials,and also discharge plastic pieces.

Clearance between rotor and screen plate can be adjusted conveniently according to requirement
