Brush for Corrugating Machine, Slitting Machine, Stacker Machine
Brush Roll mainly used on the Corrugated Machine Line, as the clean spare parts for cardbaod. On the paperboard delivering, clean the paper board, avoid to damager the corrugated cardbaord while stacking.
The single wire diameter of the slitting machine is 0.8-1.0 mm. The most traditional brush making process is used. After punching holes on the surface of the cylinder or brush body, the bristles are implanted into the brush roller or brush board in bundles by using the horse nail hair planting machine. The brush products made by this process have the most application extensive, affordable and cost effective.
