Function
1.Water filtering function:As a dehydration medium, when the paper sheet is dehydrated in the vacuum box and press area, the paper blanket absorbs and filters out the water from the paper sheet.
2. Leveling effect:In the process of web transfer and dehydration, it can smooth and modify the paper surface.
3. Function of conveyor belt:The paper is transferred from the net part to the drying shaft through the pressing part, and the passive roller and net cage are driven to run.

Production Process

The Correct Way to Use
New woollen cloths are first run slowly for two to three hours at a speed of between 70 and 80, then after 24 hours at 90-100 metres, and after 36 hours at 100-130 metres, and then again at full speed. After a week of use, the machine must be cleaned once. Washing woollen cloth must be based on the principle of acid but not alkali resistance for tapestries and alkali but not acid resistance for nylon, so that the detergent can be reasonably adjusted. The residual acid can also be neutralised by alkali, but nylon woollens cannot be washed with acid.
