This material consists of rubber and graphite.Under the correct operation rules, the service time can reach two years without leaving the machine, which solves the big problem of frequent shutdown and maintenance of the paper mill and improves the startup rate.
The graphite sealing strip itself has the characteristics of self lubrication, wear resistance, no deformation in use and never wear the inner wall of the roller.
Because of its high purity, the roller body rotates rapidly when in use, and the same polarity static electricity is generated between them. Under the action of mutual exclusion, a gap is formed. At the same time, the water ejected through the water spray pipe or inhaled more empty water quickly forms a water ring between the inner wall of the roll body and the graphite sealing strip. When the water ring passes through the line, it also forms a water layer, which is called the water sealing layer.
The material itself has high temperature resistance, high density and high smoothness. When the water layer passes through the gap under the action of strong vacuum water absorption, it forms a water sealing layer, which is tightly maintained to produce high sealing degree. Therefore, the characteristics of graphite seals are incomparable with other materials.
Graphite sealing strip is mainly used for vacuum rollers with paper locomotive speed of more than 200 m / min to 2300 m/ min.
