Customized paper making rubber air spring with steel girdle ring
Rubber air springs are commonly known as pneumatic tires, corrugated pneumatic tires, and airbags. It is a precision-designed rubber fiber bellows. It does not provide force or support load. Instead, it is filled with compressed air through an air compressor to achieve force transmission and elasticity.
The air spring supplied by our company is used in different sections of paper machine.
Advantage
Installation precautions:
1. The rubber air spring shall not be exposed to the sun and shall not be inflated without restraint.
2. Rubber air springs must be restrained by suspension or other structures.
3. The rubber air spring shall not collide with sharp objects during installation and operation to avoid blasting.
4. The inflation pressure of the rubber air spring and the stroke height of the air spring shall not be higher than the pressure value and stroke height specified in the product data.
5. Improper use or excessive stamping may lead to decapsulation blasting, resulting in property damage or serious personal injury. We are not responsible for improper use.
Problems&Reasons
Depression and deflating Reason: The air pressure in the storage tank is too low to open the pressure protection valve, the air control line is leaking or blocked, the height control valve is not working
Air spring surface wear or abrasion Reason: Due to insufficient clearance around the air spring, friction will occur between the spring and its parts, damage to the shock absorber, impurities stuck outside the piston of the air spring base, etc.
The upper seat plate of the air spring is dented. Reason: The suspension height is too low, the air spring works under low air pressure for a long time, the height control valve fails or its flexible linkage loosens, the air spring model is not correct
Shipping&Packing
1. Wooden strips outside of the body with bubble film inside exporting to Europe. The wooden box will be fumigated.
2. We can pack it according to customers special request .
