1. The pressure screen is one of the most important equipment in the pulping process. Pressure screens are mainly used as screens in front of paper machines in pulping equipment in the papermaking industry, and can also be used as precision screens in pulping systems.
2. The pressure screen adopts an upflow structure design with the pulp entering from the bottom. Heavy slag is discharged from the bottom, and light slag is discharged from the top. The light impurities and air in the slurry naturally rise to the top slag outlet, and the heavy impurities settle as soon as they enter the body. Go to the bottom slag outlet.
3. It has the advantages of large output, small pulse, not easy to shut down, low energy consumption and long service life.

Features:
1. The rotor separates from the screen cylinder under the action of centrifugal force, extending the life of the screen cylinder and reducing wear.
2. When the flow rate is appropriate and the applied force is small, the impurities and fibers are efficiently separated to avoid clogging the slots.
3. Its performance can promote the normal operation of the paper machine and reduce paper breaks.
4. Large output, long fibers; lower power consumption; high screening efficiency and less waste products.
5. Screen drums and rotors of different slit or hole types are optional to meet the requirements of material selection or rough selection.
6. Pressure filters always operate at positive pressure inside the filter, which can be 4 to 20 psi. Qualified products and rejected products are discharged under pressure. The basic requirement is to avoid contact with air during the screening process and thus avoid the generation of foam in the liquid medium.

The purpose of screening is to separate contaminants such as debris in mechanical pulp and stickies, plastics, sand, metal fragments and flakes in recycled fibers.
