Sun Hong Ceramic Dewatering Element

The suction box dewatering is based on the suction effect of the vacuum pump, which generates a high pressure difference between the top and bottom of the paper to force the dewatering ofthe wet paper. lt help to transfer the paper to the press section with a higher dryness.
In the jet-fixing process, the suction box is installed under each spunlace device. lt adopts a vacuum suction type. The suction box sprays the water from the spunlace head on the supporting net curtain into the water vapor separator. After that, the air is discharged by the blower, and the water is sent to the filtering device by the pipeline through the pipeline. The moisture content of the web after water absorption can be reduced to 25% to 35%.

Forming Board

The forming board is the first element under the net of the chest roller of the paper machine, which plays the role of water removal to support the net and control the net section. The box is made of stainless steel, the substrate is super high molecular polyethylene or glass fiber reinforced plastic, and the panel is inlaid with ceramic.

Scraper Blades

Scraper Blades of various widths and forms are available to suit different requirements. Wiper plates are made of ceramic in various forms, with a 0-3 degree rear Angle. The transition bottom plate adopts the modern special treatment material FRP composite material, one - time molding. No processing, no deformation, accurate size, easy to paste.

High Low Suction Box

It is a kind of device that uses the high pressure difference inside and outside the box to enhance dehydration. The dryness of the wet paper is about 2 ~ 3% before passing through the vacuum box, and it can reach 10 ~ 14% after passing through the vacuum box, and the paper tightness is also increased.

Felt Suction Box

The felt suction box includes a box body, on which a dehydration panel is arranged, and the dehydration panel includes a bottom supporting plate.
