Product Description

The dewatering elements used in paper machines include dewatering board (or wiper board), forming board and vacuum suction tank panel. The pulp is leveled through the forming board, and a small part of water is removed at the same time. Then it enters the dehydration plate to scrape off the moisture, and finally enters the vacuum suction tank panel for forced dehydration by vacuum.

Vacuum Suction Box
Vacuum suction box is a kind of device that uses the high pressure difference inside and outside the box to enhance dehydration. The dryness of the wet paper is about 2 ~ 3% before passing through the vacuum box, and it can reach 10 ~ 14% after passing through the vacuum box, and the paper tightness is also increased. The box body is made of stainless steel, the top cover is made of ceramic.
 

Felt suction box
The structural design of felt suction box is a sealed structure. It is pumped by vacuum pump, so as to accelerate the drying of paper, enhance the dehydration effect and the forming of paper. Both ends of the panel are equipped with adjusting blocks to adjust the suction width of the paper sheet.
The vacuum suction box is composed of box and panel. The box is made of stainless steel. The panel is made of alumina ceramic or polyethylene or PTFE. Customers can choose different panels according to different paper machines, different paper types and different machine speeds.

Forming board
The special design structure of the forming board is that it can be installed near the breast roll or the breast roll scraper. It can move back and forth and adjust to the pulp spray point to achieve good paper forming and dehydration effect. The forming board is composed of box and panel. The box is made of stainless steel.
