The pulp cleaner is mainly used for removing the heavy impurities such as iron, book nail, ash, sand and the broken glass block etc. It can reduce the wear of following equipment and improve the quality of fiber. It is the key equipment of waste paper recycling, its use of fiber and the proportion of the impurities, and make the heavy impurities separated from the pulp, achieve the purpose of purifying pulp.

Features
1.Optimized feed chamber and double-cone structure can produce stronger vortex with obvious
low band, which is beneficial to impurities being able to thorough separate from accepts.

2.Cone body made of ceramic can efficiently extend the service life of inner cones.

Working Principle

The tangential inlet accelerates the stock to downward centrifugal motion. Due to centrifugal rotation of the rotor, the Impurities with high specific gravity are forced to the outer wall of cone and downward to collect in a trap. The cleaned stock is discharged from the cleaner through a central discharge pipe from the bottom side.
