Paper Machine Felt &Wire Corrector
Working Principle: When the felt deviates, the baffle changes, causing the swing arm on it to automatically rotate the controller valve core, switching the inlet and outlet direction of the moving seat corrugated air bellow, so that the air bellow on both sides are inflated or exhausted.
When one side of the air tire is inflated, the other side of the air bellow is exhausted. At this time, the guide roller bearing seat moves to the exhaust side, and the moving speed is adjusted by the intake air pressure. The higher the air pressure, the faster the moving speed.
Felt & Wire Deviation Controller
Deviation controller (deviation corrector) is used together with pneumatic actuator to drive and control the deviation of felt and fabric to ensure the normal operation of felt. In order to adapt to the fast speed and wide width of the felt and fabric, the deviation correction signal sensor is used.
