Product Description

The multi disc filter is a preparation of clean water filtrate used in paper mills, used for white water recycling and pulp thickening. It can not only recover fiber from the white water, but also make the water get closed recycling, thus reducing the water consumption and eliminating the pollution of white water discharge.

Structure

The multi-disc filter design is constructed as a cylinder around a horizontal shaft with slotted channels leading to one end of the shaft. (If the amount of white water to be filtered is large, it will lead to both ends of the shaft). The shaft is fitted with a number of filtering discs, each disc consisting of 20 scalloped bodies, coupled to the corresponding channel. 70 percent of the disc is diffused in liquid, including the white water suspension to be filtered. The open end of the shaft is coupled to a filtrate valve that can be opened and closed.
