Product Description
1.As a dehydrating medium, when the paper web is dewatered in a vacuum oven and press area, endless felt to absorb and filter water out the sheets coming off the water.
2.Smooth the paper sheet, smooth the paper sheet surface in transfer and dehydration process.
3.Function of the transfer belt, the network department passes the paper to the drying cadre through the press section, and drives the passive roller and cage operation.
 

How to Install Endless Felt
The front side of the endless felt is the sizing surface and the felt has a running arrow on it. After installation, the felt is first rinsed in hot water at 50-60°C with 5-10% hydroxide or detergent and washed after 15-20 minutes of idling. Then idle, idle time according to the actual situation, generally in 2-3 hours, to be fully soft woollen cloth can be. The endless felt should not be too tight in the first stage of use, and the speed should not be too fast.

How to Protect Endless Felt

1.For paper machine especially middle speed or high speed paper machine,the rational use of lubricating water now only benefit to the clean degree of the blanket but also produce a water film between the vacuum panel and felt which play a role as a lubrication, sealing and cooling effect.
2.Vacuum panel slit between the two strips should be used the same material as the panel material or lower wear-resisting performance than the panel material. From the outside of the vacuum area from dense to sparse and with appropriate amount of lubricating water.
3.All supporting roller surfaces should be smooth without burrs and rust,and copper rollers, stainless steel rollers and rubber rollers are options.
