Dryer fabric is a kind of fabric with high air permeability, which is used in the dryer of fourdrinier paper machine and paperboard machine. It is made by weaving and heat setting with various plastic synthetic fibers as the main raw materials. According to the needs of special resin treatment, mesh joints are also more advanced. The fabric has the properties of heat resistance, wear resistance and high air permeability. It has obvious effect on saving energy and increasing speed. The dryer fabric is adaptable and can be used from tissue paper to thick board.

Application

Mainly used for paper mill paper drying, textile printing and dyeing products drying, suitable for m600/s speed and Horizontal belt vacuum washer bottom net (replace rubber belt).

Instead of paper machine drying cloth and dry blanket,the Polyester spiral dryer screen were widely used in the production of cardboard, kraft paper, corrugated paper, train ticket, single double-sided white paper, and also  used as belt conveyor equipment in food and coal mine industries.
