Audited Supplier The structure of groove press roll is stone roller and rubber roller. The spiral grooves with width of 0.5-0.6 mm, depth of 1.0-3.5 mm and groove distance of about 3.0-3.6 mm are cut out on the rubber layer of the cot with alloy steel knife.
Compared with ordinary press, grooved press is easy to dehydrate, the linear pressure is lower and the thickness of rubber layer is increased. Therefore, the middle height of the roller can be reduced to avoid the high and uneven water content on both sides of the paper, resulting in the rib channel.
When pressing, the direction of the blanket and wet paper is also important. At the press outlet, the wet paper should be separated from the blanket as soon as possible, and the blanket should also be separated from the groove roller as soon as possible, so as to avoid moisture returning to the blanket and the wet paper sheet. It is necessary to keep the groove of groove press clean to prevent blocking, and pay attention to the drainage of water in the groove. When the speed of the paper machine is high, the groove roller needs to be equipped with a soft scraper to remove the high-pressure water from the groove to the roll surface.
1.Compared with common press roll, groove press roll dewater easily, demanding lower linear pressure and thicker rubber coating better to reduce the crowing of the roll, to avoid the uneven dewatering.
2.When the groove roller is used, the line pressure of the press can be increased without the danger of crushing and producing image. The paper web after pressing has high dryness and even dehydration
