Doctor Blade for Paper Machine

Paper machine doctor blade is a scraping tool used to remove pulp and impurities on the surface of paper machine rollers and dryer cylinders. It is mainly composed of doctor blade, doctor blade holder and blade fixer.

The function of a paper machine doctor blade is to scrape off the impurity on the surface of the rollers and cylinders during the papermaking process, ensuring the flatness and quality of the paper. Specifically, its functions include the following aspects:

1. Cleaning: Paper machine doctor blade can remove pulp and other contaminants from the surface of the rollers and cylinder, making the paper surface flat and clean.

2. Adjustment: An appropriate pressure regulating device can adjust the angle and pressure of the scraper blade to better adapt to the different characteristics of the paper and the operating state of the paper machine, thereby ensuring the quality and production efficiency of the paper.

3. Preventing pollution: Accurate scraper operation can effectively prevent the deposition of pollutants during the papermaking process, ensuring the environmental protection and quality of paper.

How to Protect Doctor Blade

Problem	Reason	Measure
