What is Dryer Fabric?

Dryer fabric is used in dryer section, it can replace dryer felt.The paper sheet moves around heated dryer cylinder,where remaining water is removed by evaporation.Dryer fabric makes the paper sheet and dryer cylinder contact closely through the dryer section.
The manufacturing process of polyester mesh is generally: shaping, weaving, primary setting, plug-in, secondary setting.
Polyester mesh has the characteristics of high strength, small deformation, good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long life.
 

Flat Yarn Dryer Fabric
Sun Hang's flat yarn dryer fabric is made of polyester material that is resistant to hydrolysis. The use of flat yarn in the warp can increase the contact area with the paper and promote heat transfer. When the water vapor passes through the sieve, the water vapor is not easy to condense due to the thin flat yarn dryer fabric, which can effectively improve the drying efficiency. In the papermaking process, due to the smooth surface of the flat yarn dryer fabric, the fabric mark is lighter than that of the round yarn dryer fabric.

Round Yarn Dryer Fabric
The round yarn dryer fabric is a four-shed double-layer weaving dryer fabric, which is made of high-strength warp and weft yarns to ensure the stable operation of the double-layer warp knitting machine and double-layer fiber web. The surface of the drying net is uniform and smooth, which greatly enhances the heat transfer and drying ability.
