4.In the paper machine with very low speed, especially when using sticky pulp with slow dehydration, the arrangement of the roll is first dense and then sparse, so that the pulp will be dehydrated more immediately after being put on the net, so that the paper sheet can be initially formed quickly and the occurrence of re flocculation can be avoided.

5.In the paper machine with high speed, the arrangement of the roll is usually in the way of first thinning and then densification or first thinning middle density and then thinning. The main purpose is to keep the pulp stable at the initial stage of the web surfing and avoid the excessive loss of fine fibers and fillers.

Groove table roll

When the speed is high, the groove table roller is often used to replace the top roller. In this way, the dehydration can be relaxed and the paper sheet can be evenly formed. It is generally considered that the wider the groove is, the lower the dewatering capacity is. The dewatering capacity of the grooved roller is only 1 / 2 - 1 / 10 of that of the ordinary roller.
