Working Principle of Hydrapulper

Feeding

Rotary disintegration

Waste paper, pulp boards, and other raw materials are fed into the pulper tub with an appropriate amount of water.

The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, producing strong hydraulic vortex and mechanical shearing force to tear and disintegrate the waste paper.

Fiber separation

Dirt removal & screening

 Under hydraulic impact and rotor blades, the paper stock is fully disintegrated, and fibers are separated from each other to form uniform pulp.

Heavy impurities (nails, sand, plastic) settle to the bottom and are discharged. Qualified pulp passes through the screen plate and flows to the next process.
