Headbox

Head Box is the heart of paper machine.Its function is to supply even and stable pulp flow to the wire section of paper machine.Every head box design has its special technical conditions,which is different according to the kind of stock,speed,flow and so on.Our company design and manufacture head box according to the actual production of the customer,and calculation and design accurately,and calculation and design accurately under the help of computer.
 

Hydraulic headbox is suitable for the speed of 320-1200m/min. Pulp is evenly distributed through the cone-shaped main pipe to step-changing tube . The dilution water is injected into pulp before pulp enters the stepped tube for adjusting the concentration and to improve the quantitative of the entire paper web.

Application

Used for sizing in fourdrinier wire section of paper making machine for producing the cardboard paper, corrugated base paper, writing and printing paper, offset paper and so on.
 

Structure

The headbox is composed of a square cone tube, a hole plate device, a homogenizing roller device, an upper lip plate adjusting device, a box body and a spray device. The headbox is specially designed according to the working parameters provided by users to ensure the working performance.
