Inflow Pressure Screen

Inflow pressure screen is mainly used for previous screen and fine screen process.

Upflow Pressure Screen

It is especially designed for recycle waste paper pulp and fiber grading and screening. It has functions of both grading the fiber,according to their length, and pulp screening. It has advantage of low energy consumption, high efficiency of removal of impurities.

Middle Consistency Pressure Screen

1.Multi foil design,untwisting,gentle pulsation and screening for better cleanness,high pulsation frequency and big capacity.
2.Mid consistency screening(Max.4%, less water consumption,and energy saving,smaller screening area if for same capacitthan low consistency screening,less investment,low maintenance cost.
3.Less consistency increasing in screening area,high screening efficiency,longer life time of the basket.

Screen Basket for Pressure Screen

The screen basket is used in pressure screen, but it is a wear parts need to be replaced regularly, so that the pressure screen can operate better. Mainly have two type of screen basket one is wedge wire type, the other one is drilled hole type. In the screen basket it will have rotor inside it. We can customize the screen basket and rotor for customers.
